Ion Exchange Units

All natural waters contain some foreign substances, usually in small amounts. The water in a river, lake, damn, well or even from your tap at home is more than just H2O, it may also contain solid and insoluble substances, such as sand or botanical debris. You can in principle filter these solid substances out. There are also possibly soluble substances that you most often cannot see and that cannot be filtered out. These substances can be inorganic or organic, they can be ionised (electrically charged) or not. The soluble, non-ionised substances are present in the water in form of molecules of various sizes and formulas, for instance, carbon dioxide and in some cases, sugars. It is possible to remove these foreign substances from water by means of ion exchange.

Heal Group provides a profound range of ion exchange units, designed to meet the required needs of our clients while maintaining quality treatment of impure water.
